- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. Italian herbs
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces.
2. Pour the marinade.
3. Stir and let stand for 30 minutes.
4. Bake at 190-200 degrees until tender.
5. Stir several times during the process. Time is about 30-35 minutes.
