Ex-Ukrainian footballer on "good Russians": only those in cellophane

Former Ukrainian national team striker Artem Kravets said that since the start of the full-scale invasion, there are no "good Russians" for him. In an interview with Viktor Vatsko, the two-time champion of Ukraine with Dynamo Kyiv admitted that the only Russians who do not cause him aggression are those in black bags.

"I have probably never been in the same team as a Russian. I have never crossed paths with them. I'm not even going to talk about them as someone separate. For me, at this stage, there are no good Russians at all. In cellophane? In this respect, yes. It's 100%. This is the best that can be," Artem said.

The forward gave an example of communication with his cousin, who "lives in this hole".

"After a few questions and just zombie answers... When I cited facts, and in response, "It's all a lie"... I just sent a direct text, said I didn't want to know her anymore, and I didn't want to hear from her, and goodbye," Kravets said.

The footballer admitted that after 2014 he was very much mistaken in thinking that this political situation "did not concern him".

"I think that 90% of people, including me, thought 'our house is at the end of the line, I don't know anything', so that we would be fine. Now we, in particular, are paying for all this," summed up the former player of Turkish side Sakaryaspor, with whom he terminated his contract at the beginning of the year.
