The appearance of the Easter cake depends largely on the quality of the white icing. The mass should be thick enough, not to spill and solidify quickly. At the same time, it should not crumble. Therefore, it is better to prepare the glaze with gelatin.

The idea of making icing on gelatin, which does not crumble and does not stick, is published on the page of food blogger Nadezhda Oranska(nadia.oranska) in Instagram.
