Ingredients:
- gelatin - 1 tbsp with a slide + water - 2 tbsp.
- water - 4 tbsp + sugar 150g
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.

1. Pour water over the gelatin and let it swell.

2. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
3. Remove from the stove and add the swollen gelatin, stir until dissolved.
