A commercial plane from North Korea has arrived in the aggressor country Russia for the first time in three years. North Korea's state-owned airline Air Koryo resumed flights to Vladivostok after more than three years of COVID-19-related restrictions.

Notably, there was not a single passenger on board the airplane. This is reported by Yonhap News Agency (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the page).

The plane, which departed from the DPRK capital Pyongyang on August 25, arrived at Vladivostok International Airport at 11:14. An electronic board at the airport showed that Air Koryo flight JS-272, which was originally scheduled to depart for Pyongyang at 1:15 p.m., had been delayed until 1:45 p.m. The flight was delayed until 1:45.

Kremlin propaganda media said that passengers were allegedly preparing to board the flight despite the lack of advance notice by the time the plane arrived in Vladivostok. By 3:10 p.m., the JS-272 was believed to have departed for Pyongyang because the flight schedule had disappeared from the scoreboard.

Airport workers declined to comment on the flight, but one person said North Korea had brought home its citizens who had stayed in Russia because of the border closure after the pandemic began.

Air Koryo North Korean airline is also known to have resumed direct commercial flights with China the day before in a sign of the opening of the border with Pyongyang.

The defense minister of the terrorist state of Russia Sergei Shoigu visited an exhibition of military equipment in the North Korean capital Pyongyang in July. Together with the head of North Korea Kim Jong-un, the Russian war criminal inspected nuclear ballistic missiles, which were banned by UN Security Council resolutions.

Earlier it was reported that a few days after the meeting between Russian Defense Minister Shoigu and North Korean leader Kim Jong-in, a Russian military plane flew to Pyongyang. Analysts speculated that Kim and Shoigu agreed on armed cooperation.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, the Russian and North Korean dictators exchanged letters on the 78th anniversary of the liberation of Korea from Japanese colonial rule in 1910-1945. War criminal Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un agreed to develop strategic relations.
