The historic centre of Mariupol turned into ruins after the arrival of the Russians

The historic centre of Mariupol today is a complete ruin. During the year of Russian occupation of the city, the road from Mykolaivska Street to Hretska Street has become a "route of death".

The sad footage from the temporarily occupied city was posted on Telegram by Petro Andriushchenko, an adviser to the mayor of Mariupol. He stated that the "Russian world" had brought only destruction and death to the once prosperous city (scroll to the end of the news to watch the video).

"Improvement and restoration from the Russians as it is and without a break for editing. Only acceleration," the official commented on the video.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL:

- On March 19, Russian propagandists announced allegedly a visit by dictator Vladimir Putin to the temporarily occupied Mariupol. The Russian media told a legend that the main war criminal of the Russian Federation was allegedly driving a car through the destroyed city;

- the Institute for War Studies believes that Putin visited the temporarily occupied Mariupol in order to create an image of invulnerability and continue to pretend to be a leader involved in wartime. That is why the dictator's arrival in the captured city was carefully staged.
