It's probably the restyled Ioniq 5 hatchback

A new low-cost electric car of the Korean company Hyundai was spotted on the roads. It is noticeable that it is a hatchback Ioniq 5. But its body is hidden under the hood so we can't see the design. Thus, we see a restyled car.

It is reported by Carscoops. Two and a half years have passed since the debut of the car. The right moment for the presentation of the modernized car will be in a few months.

First of all, the exterior will be changed. Otherwise, the company would not try so hard to hide the body details of the new Hyundai Ioniq 5 2024 model year.

Traditionally, the interim update will bring changes to the design both of the front and rear. There will be different bumpers, modified air intakes and possibly new exterior lighting.

It will not do without an expanded palette of body coloring and other wheels. Changes are also expected in the interior with new finishing materials and a larger monitor of the infotainment system.

The technical part should remain at the same level. We are talking about power units with a capacity of 168 and 321 hp with battery packs with a capacity of 58 and 77 kWh.

Earlier OBOZREVATEL reported on the success of the Chinese company BYD in the electric car segment.
