"A good sign": powerful explosion occurred near bus station in Mariupol
On April 4, a powerful explosion occurred in the temporarily occupied Mariupol, Donetsk region. Probably, the Russian invaders came for another "cotton".
In particular, it was loud near the bus station. This was reported by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko.
"Mariupol. The sound of an explosion was reported in the area of AC2 (intersection of Mira and Kuprin). We are investigating the details," the statement reads.
Local chat rooms are also discussing the explosion. Residents of Mariupol write that the explosion was so loud that it could be heard in almost all areas of the city. The locals consider the explosion a "good sign".
It is worth noting that Ukraine is preparing to launch a major counter-offensive in the coming weeks. This operation will test the ability of the country's armed forces to rearm and form battalions while maintaining the motivation and manoeuvring skills that gave it the advantage in its three previous counter-offensives.
The West expects the Ukrainian army's counter-offensive to begin in the coming weeks. At the same time, Western allies believe that Russia's attempts to launch its own offensive against Ukrainian positions will be unsuccessful.
As reported by OBOZREVATEL, Ukrainian soldiers continue to destroy the headquarters and ammunition depots of the Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied territories of our country. Over the past week, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated eight more ammunition depots and seven invaders' bases.
