Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 700 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Cream 20% - 150 ml
- Vanilla - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Pears - 2 pcs.
- Caramel syrup - 30 ml
For the chocolate streusel (the top of the casserole):
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and beat with a blender until smooth. Add the cream and mix with a spoon.

2. Peel and core the pears. Put them in a frying pan and simmer with caramel sauce for 3 minutes.

3. Chocolate streusel: mix cocoa, sugar, butter and mix into crumbs.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the cottage cheese mixture. Top with pear halves and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

5. Bake for 60 minutes at 160 °C.
