Soups are a versatile dish that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They can be made from any vegetable, as well as meat, fish, processed cheese, spices, and herbs.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for a delicious soup made from potatoes, chicken and spinach on Instagram.
Recipe
Ingredients for 2 liters of soup:
- water - 1.5 liters
- drumsticks - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- frozen spinach - 250-300 g
- processed cheese - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper, vegetable oil, a pinch of nutmeg
For serving:
- crackers
- a little sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Boil drumsticks.

4. Pour the prepared soup into a blender and blend until smooth.
