You can make spreads from a variety of products, from canned fish to vegetables and meat.

A delicious and healthy spread

Cook Iryna shared a recipe for a delicious canned tuna spread with melted cheese and boiled eggs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 1 b of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 processed cheeses
  • 2-3 tbsp of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • salt, black pepper
  • green onions

Method of preparation:

1. Drain the juice from the tuna and mash with a fork.
