What to make healthy sweets from: an elementary recipe from a nutritionist

If you want to make delicious, homemade, healthy sweets, you can do it with just a few ingredients. All you need is nuts, dried fruit, and honey.

Nutritionist Yana Leheza shared a recipe on Instagram for very healthy sweets made from dates, nuts, and cranberries, which you can make with a blender.

  • soft dates – 15 pcs.
  • melted coconut oil – 5 tbsp.

  • almonds – 5 pcs.
  • walnuts – 5 pcs.
Making homemade sweets
  • cocoa powder – 200-250 g
  • apricot kernel or almond flour – 1 tbsp.
  • dried cranberries – 1 tsp.
  • almond or rum essence – 1/2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Soak the dates in hot water for 1 hour, then peel and stone them.

2. Soak the cranberries in hot water for 3 minutes and remove.

3. Melt the coconut oil.

4. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

5. Add 150 g to the finished mixture, and then add more if necessary.
