  • milk - 50 ml
  • butter - 20 g

1. Boil potatoes in salted water.

2. Make mashed potatoes by adding warm milk, butter, egg, and pepper.

3. Mix minced meat with green onions, salt, pepper and spices.

4. Cut cheese (60 g) into 6 cubes.

5. Wrap each in meat and then in mashed potatoes, leaving the bottom open.

6. Put the balls in a greased baking dish with meat side down and cover with foil.

7. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.

8. Remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
