The nutritionist shared a recipe for a delicious egg roll with cheese and herbs on Instagram, which takes 3 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken eggs
- 30 g of hard cheese
- dill and a little salt
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks in three eggs.
2. Add a little salt and chopped herbs to the whites.
3. Mix the yolks until smooth.
4. Heat a frying pan and brush with a little oil, pour in the yolks, put the cheese on one side, and roll it up.
5. Next, pour the egg white in two passes, gradually wrapping the roll.
