After all, if you need to feed a large family quickly and have little time, you need to come up with a variety of options. There are definitely vegetables and meat in every refrigerator. And if you have such a duo, dinner is saved.

The idea of preparing a delicious dinner with meat, vegetables and mushrooms was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria Didus (victoria_didus).

Ingredients:

  • potatoes
  • onion
  • chicken or turkey fillet
  • salt and spices to taste
  • herbs
  • mushrooms
  • cream or sour cream (in extreme cases, you can even replace it with milk)
  • hard cheese

Cooking method:

First, chop the potatoes: cut them in half and then chop them into thin slices, laying the half horizontally. Put it in the mold. Add the chopped fillet in squares and the onion in half rings, add salt and spices to taste and mix.

Chop the mushrooms and fry them in a piece of butter or oil until golden brown, add cream or sour cream and simmer over low heat for a few minutes.

Add them to the potatoes, sprinkle with herbs and cover with hard cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes until tender. You can bake them under the lid at first and without it at the end.
