Ingredients:
- minced meat (turkey) - 500 g
- half an onion (for minced meat)
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt and spices (aromatic herbs, paprika, black pepper) - to taste
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc (for frying)
- cauliflower - 200-300 g
- potatoes - 2 pcs
- allspice - 4 pcs
- bay leaves - 1 pc
- dill sprigs - 4 pcs
- water - 4 liters.

1. Fry onions and carrots in a saucepan, season with salt and pepper.
2. Add the egg, salt, spices, garlic, onion to the minced meat and mix.

3. Form meatballs (do this with wet hands or with a spoon).

4. Pour boiling water, salt, and meatballs into the pan one at a time.
5. Cook for 10 minutes.

6. Add the diced potatoes, cauliflower, allspice, bay leaf, dill sprigs and cook for 15 minutes, covered.
7. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
