Ingredients:
- redfish - 350 g
- potatoes - 5 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- cream - 200 g
- butter - 30 g
- salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Ingredients for the broth:
- fish head - 1 pc.
- fish tail - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- water - 2 liters.

1. Put all the ingredients for the broth in a saucepan, cover with water, and cook for 30 minutes.
2. After cooking, strain through a sieve.

3. Dice the potatoes and put them in the pan.
4. Separate the fillet from the bones, and cut into cubes.
5. Fry the onions and carrots in butter and add to the pot.

7. Cook for a few more minutes.

9. Remove from heat and let it brew for about 10 minutes.
