  • mozzarella - 100 g
  • hard cheese - 50 g (optional)
  • fillet - 1 pc
  • spinach - 100 g
  • pepper, salt
  • butter - 30 g
  • salt, pepper, dry garlic

  • cream 20% - 200 ml
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg

1. Roll out dough, put it in a 23-24 cm baking dish greased with oil or on parchment. Make punctures with a fork.

2. Wash and dry spinach. Melt butter and steam chopped spinach for a few minutes. Set aside.

3. Fry diced fillet in the same frying pan, season with salt and pepper, and add dried garlic. Stir fry for 7 minutes.
