What is the harm of restaurant soup?

In order to save money, soup in restaurants can be prepared from leftovers. It will be very difficult or even impossible to determine this because the ingredients are simply boiled or whipped with a blender.

The thing is that the soup of the day can be different every time. Its recipe is most often customized to fit the ingredients that are left over. You will never know what quality the ingredients were that were put into the dish.

You need to be especially attentive in new establishments. It is worth asking the waiter what the soup of the day was yesterday, and also finding out about the list of all the components of the dish.
