Culinarian Yana shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious warm zucchini salad, with a tasty orange sauce.

Ingredients:

• lettuce leaves - 100 g
• halloumi cheese
• zucchini - 1 pc.
• radish, but you can use cucumbers
• tomatoes - 3 pcs.

For the sauce:

• juice of half an orange
• zest of half an orange without white peel
• vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
• soy sauce - 3 tbsp. tbsp.
• sweet mustard - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Sauce: mix the ingredients of the sauce and let it stand.

2. Cut the zucchinis into circles and fry until golden with salt and black pepper.

3. Grill the cheese with the dried garlic and herbs. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden. The cheese instantly takes on a special elastic texture like no other.

4. Assemble the salad: place all the vegetables on a plate, pour the dressing over the top and you are ready to eat!
