Versatile chicken meatballs for any porridge and pasta that are cooked in a frying pan

To avoid thinking about what to cook for a long time, make these meatballs. You will need simple minced chicken. The products are very juicy and tender and go well with any side dish.

Ingredients for meatballs:
- chicken fillet - 600 g
- onions - 1 large or 3 small ones
- garlic - 4-5 cloves
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
- flour - for breading
- oil - for frying

- sour cream - 150 ml
- tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp (or ketchup 4 tbsp)
- water - 300 ml.

1. Wash the fillet, dry it and pass through a meat grinder.
2. Pass the garlic and onion through as well. Add spices. Mix and beat well. If you think that the minced meat is liquidy and inconvenient to work with, it should be so, do not try to "bind" it.

3. Pour flour into a bowl. You can take the minced meat with a tablespoon, dip it in the flour and form meatballs.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat for a few minutes until they are just "set".

5. When all the meatballs are fried, put a deep frying pan on medium heat, add sour cream, tomato paste, spices and warm water and bring the sauce to a boil.

6. Put the meatballs into the boiling sauce, cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes, depending on how thick you want the sauce to be.

7. Serve with any side dish.
