Bell pepper adds a special spicy flavor to dishes. Therefore, it is worth making a delicious ajika from it, and then adding it to borscht, meat, and stewed vegetables. And most importantly, this sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time.

The idea of making spicy pepper adjika was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Yushina (_tanyushina_). The sauce is quite spicy, as it also contains hot peppers and garlic.
