Bell pepper adds a special spicy flavor to dishes. Therefore, it is worth making a delicious ajika from it, and then adding it to borscht, meat, and stewed vegetables. And most importantly, this sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time.
The idea of making spicy pepper adjika was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Yushina (_tanyushina_). The sauce is quite spicy, as it also contains hot peppers and garlic.
Recipe for spicy ajika with pepper

Ingredients:
- 2 kg of red bell peppers
- 150 g of hot pepper
- 300 g of garlic
- 2 tbsp of salt
- 8 tbsp of sugar
- 300 ml. vinegar 9%

1. Put all the vegetables through a meat grinder.
2. Add salt, sugar, vinegar.

3. Mix everything.
4. Put into clean jars.

5. Close the lids.
6. Put in the refrigerator.
