Carrots are a fairly budget-friendly vegetable that can be used to make many healthy dishes. For example, a very simple and satisfying roll. It can be filled with salty tuna and cheese, or sweet and banana. It can be an exquisite appetizer or dessert.

Recipe for carrot roll without flour

Ingredients:
- 1 large carrot
- 2 eggs
Ingredients for the salty filling:
- 85 g of cream cheese
- 80 g of tuna (canned)
- 2 small cloves of garlic
Ingredients for the sweet filling:
- 100 g banana
- 100 g of cottage cheese
- 0.5 tsp. lemon juice

1. Turn on the oven in the "bottom" mode at 180 degrees.
2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater like for potato pancakes. Squeeze out the juice. You should get 110 g of carrots, moderately squeezed, with a little juice.
3. Add the eggs and mix well.

4. Put a thin layer of about 0.5 cm on the parchment in the form of a rectangle or square.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for 13-15 minutes.

6. Take it out and let it cool down a bit.

7. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with the garlic squeezed out of the garlic press. Use this to grease the dough. Put the tuna on top and roll it into a roll.
Banana for sweet filling
8. You can eat it now or wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it overnight.

9. For the sweet filling, whip the cottage cheese with a blender with a banana and lemon juice. Lubricate the dough. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate overnight.
