Ingredients:
- milk - 250 ml.
- dry yeast - 2 tsp.
- sugar - 60 g
- flour - 550 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- butter - 40 g
- vegetable oil - 20 g
- salt - a pinch
- poppy seed filling - 500 g
Ingredients for the grease:
- egg yolk - 1 pc.
- milk - 2 tbsp.

1. For the dough, mix warm milk, yeast, and one teaspoon of sugar. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, salt, sugar, melted butter and vegetable oil until smooth.

3. Add the dough to the egg mixture and mix. Gradually add the sifted flour, kneading a soft dough.
4. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it in a warm place for 50-60 minutes.

5. Sprinkle the surface with flour. Divide the risen dough into 2 equal parts and roll each part into a square 0.5-0.7 centimeters thick.
6. Divide the poppy seed filling visually into 2 parts and spread it evenly over the entire square of dough.
7. Roll it up and cut into small pieces. Repeat the same with the other half of the dough.

8. Put the formed buns on the parchment and brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk.
9. Put the buns in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

10. You get 18 small buns.
11. Sprinkle the finished buns with powdered sugar and serve with tea.
