Tip: To keep the pancakes from tearing, add melted butter and vegetable oil to the batter!

Ingredients:

  • Large eggs - 2 pcs. (if small, you can take 3 pcs.)
  • Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1/3 tsp.
  • Flour - 1 cup (130 g)
  • Warm milk - 1 cup (200 g)
  • Warm water - 1 cup (200 g) You can use milk instead of water
  • Butter - 30g (2 tbsp. vegetable oil can be substituted)

Method of preparation:

1. To the eggs add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter or vegetable oil, flour, gradually add milk and water, mix to avoid lumps. Leave the dough to stand for 5-10 minutes.
