Ingredients:
- potatoes – 11 medium
- olive oil – 5-6 tbsp
- smoked paprika – 1/2 tsp.
- dried garlic – 1/2 tsp.
- spices for potatoes – 1/2 tsp.
- salt – a pinch with a slide

- pickled cucumbers – 1.5 medium cucumbers
- garlic – 3-4 cloves
- salt or soy sauce – to taste

1. Wash the potatoes well and boil them in slightly salted water until tender.
2. Next, put the potatoes on a baking sheet (you can grease them with vegetable oil in advance if you are not sure about the coating and think that the potatoes may stick).

3. Crush them with a glass.

4. Mix olive oil, salt, potato spices, smoked paprika, and dried garlic. Spread this mixture on each potato.
5. Bake for 35 minutes at 220 degrees.

6. Serve with the sauce: add garlic, salt, or soy sauce to the sour cream, as desired, and finely chopped pickled cucumbers. Mix everything and enjoy.
