Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 kg
- carrots - 300 g
- onion - 300 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- tomato paste - 70 g
- vegetable oil - 70 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - to taste
- dried garlic and other spices as desired
- vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.

1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
2. Pour oil into a preheated heavy-bottomed saucepan and add the onion and garlic.

3. Stir and fry for a few minutes over moderate heat

7. Add sugar, salt, pepper and spices. Stir everything and simmer over low heat under a closed lid for about 30 minutes. Be sure to stir from time to time so that it does not burn.

8. Whisk the caviar with a blender until smooth, put it on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
