Ingredients:

• chicken hearts - 1 kg
• 3 eggs
• salt, pepper, flour, oil

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the hearts, rinse with water and dry.

2. Then beat off, season with salt and pepper. You can also add granulated garlic to the spices.

3. Coat in flour, then in egg and fry for a minute on each side.
