  • soy sauce - 75 ml.
  • garlic - 5-6 cloves
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

  • ground black pepper - to taste.

1. Cut the meat, washed and dried with a paper towel, into rough portions.

2. Put it on a preheated dry frying pan and fry over high heat until it is browned.
