Ingredients:

• beets - 1-2 pcs or one medium (depending on size)
• purple onion - 1 pc
• herring fillet - 1 pc
• canned peas - 4-5 tbsp
• apple with sourness - half or 1 pc
• vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
• vinegar, salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beets.

2. Cut into strips.

3. Cut the purple onion into half rings.

4. Combine everything.

5. Add pieces of herring fillet.

6. Put green peas.

7. Season with oil and vinegar.

8. Chop the apple.

9. Mix again.
