Ingredients:
- 400-450 potatoes
- 300 grams of chicken fillet
- 150 cucumbers
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams of canned corn
- 220 grams of champignons
- 200 grams of mayonnaise
- salt, pepper - to taste
- 5-6 stalks of green onions
- 30 grams of vegetable oil

1. Boil the potatoes (3 medium ones) in their skins, cool, peel, and grate on a coarse grater.
2. Boil the chicken fillet, cool it down, divide into fibers.

3. Peel two medium cucumbers, cut into cubes.
4. Boil eggs, grate on a coarse grater.

5. Cut fresh mushrooms into slices, fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
6. Grate the potatoes on the bottom of a large plate, flatten them, and press them lightly.
