If you have minced meat, don't rush to make cutlets out of it. A much better idea would be to make nests out of it. Use a lot of cheese and pineapples for the filling - it will be very juicy. In addition, the dish is moderately oily because it is baked in the oven.

Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 50 g or 2 tablespoons of flour
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- greens
- spices (salt and Italian spice mix)
- canned pineapple - 100 g
- cheese - 100 g

1. For frying, chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry everything in vegetable oil until golden brown.
2. Add the fried meat, chopped greens, egg, breadcrumbs, spices and sour cream to the minced meat (to make the minced meat juicy).

3. Stir until smooth.
4. Form balls with wet hands.

5. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

6. Make a well and add the filling.

7. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
