Tastes like meat: fried zucchini in an unusual breading

Zucchini is a versatile vegetable from which you can prepare appetizers in the form of rolls, as well as appetizer cakes, fritters and pancakes. They also make delicious caviar and canned salads.

Ingredients:

• zucchini - 2 pcs.
• eggs - 3 pcs.
• salt - to taste
• pepper - to taste
• hard cheese - 100 g
• paprika - to taste
• Italian herbs
• paprika - to taste
• breadcrumbs - 100 g
• sunflower oil

For sauce:

• sour cream or yogurt - 3 tbsp.
• cucumbers - 1 pc.
• garlic - 2 cloves.
• dill - 1-2 sprigs
• salt
• paprika

Method of preparation:

1. Cut zucchini into slices.

2. Beat eggs, add salt, pepper, grated cheese.

3. Mix in breadcrumbs and flour.

4. Dip zucchini in flour and breadcrumbs, then dip in egg and hard cheese. Fry on both sides until golden.

5. Sauce: mix the sour cream, garlic, chopped cucumber and spices.

The dish will be delicious hot and cold.
