Ingredients:
- pepper – 4 pcs.
- any minced meat – 700 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- carrots – 2 pcs.
- tomato paste – 250 ml
- smoked paprika, pepper, salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and garlic, fry until golden brown, and season with salt and pepper.

3. Peel the pepper from the seeds. Stuff with the filling.

4. For the filling: add the spices to the tomato paste and mix well. Put a few spoonfuls of the sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, place the peppers, and pour the rest of the sauce, bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 190 C.
