Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 700 g

- carrots - 120 g
- garlic - 2 cloves.
Carrot and spices
- onion - 100 g
- sour cream - 300 g
- milk - 300 g
Natural sour cream
- flour - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage thinly, grate carrots on a coarse grater, and chop the onion and garlic finely.

2. Simmer the cabbage and carrots over medium heat. Add water to the pan to prevent the cabbage from burning.

3. Chop the onion and fry in a little oil until golden brown.

4. Mix sour cream with flour and then with milk. Add the sour cream mixture to the fried onions and stir until thickened.
5. Add chopped garlic to the half-cooked cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Then add the prepared hot sour cream mixture with milk and onions. Stir, add salt, cover and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
