Ingredients:

  • lavash - 100 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • milk - 100 ml
  • cottage cheese - 100 g
  • hard cheese - 80 g
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the lavash into pieces.

2. In a bowl, beat the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, salt, add the grated hard cheese, mix well, add the lavash, mix again.
