Simpler and tastier than pizza: Caprese puffs with store bought dough in 10 minutes

Cook Paulina shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious puffs from puff pastry with pesto sauce and mozzarella.

Ingredients:

• puff pastry - 2 sheets
• pesto sauce
• cherry tomatoes
• mini mozzarella
• Provencal herbs
• egg yolk

Preparation method:

1. Thaw the dough. Use a knife to make shallow cuts.

2. Brush the base with pesto sauce, arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella, sprinkle the herbs over the top and brush the edges with egg yolk.

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 C.
