Ingredients:

  • 200 g of any berries
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of corn starch
  • 50-70 ml of water

Ingredients for the cream:

  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream (can be replaced with cream)
  • 1 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 40 g of white chocolate

Ingredients for the crumble:

  • 50 g shortbread cookies
  • 15 g of butter
  • nuts on request

1. For the berry confit, combine all the ingredients, put over low/medium heat and stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until thickened.

2. Be sure to cool to room temperature.

3. For the cream, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and sour cream until smooth (you can use fatty cream instead of sour cream, beat it together with powdered sugar until stiff peaks, then add the cream cheese and mix).

4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave with short pulses, cool and add to the cream, mix.

5. For the crumbs, crush the cookies, add the melted butter and, if desired, nuts.

6. Assemble the dessert in a glass.
