- mango puree - 200 g
- cream cheese - 300 g
- cream 33% - 200 g
- sweetener

1. Put all the ingredients for the cake in a frying pan and combine when the butter has melted. Divide the mass into 2 equal parts - these will be 2 cakes, the top and the bottom.

2. Put 1/2 of it on the bottom of the split mold, smooth it out and put it in the fridge.

1. Pour cold water over the gelatin for 5 minutes.

2. Melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath and mix well with the mango puree and pour it into the cream cheese (at room temperature).
3. Whip the cream to peaks and add to the total mass.

4. Spread on the crust and sprinkle evenly with 1/2 part of the "cake" on top.

5. Refrigerate until firm, preferably overnight.
