Ingredients:

  • ciabatta - 2 pcs.
  • sausage / ham - 300 g
  • hard cheese - 250 g
  • bell pepper - 1/2 piece
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • pickled cucumbers - 6-7 pieces (depending on the size)
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
  • tomato sauce/ketchup - 3-4 tbsp.

1. Cut the sausage, hard cheese, pepper, tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes.

2. Add mayonnaise and ketchup and mix. You can add corn.

3. Cut the ciabatta in half and across.

4. Each ciabatta should make 4 servings.

5. Put them on a baking sheet and generously spread the filling on top of each piece.
