Sandwiches a la pizza: cook for 15 minutes

If you don't have enough time to make a traditional pizza, you can make quick sandwiches. Just chop and mix the ingredients for the toppings. And regular ciabatta is perfect for the base.

The idea of making sandwiches instead of pizza was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Holovina (olha.holovina).

Ingredients:

  • ciabatta - 2 pcs.
  • sausage / ham - 300 g
  • hard cheese - 250 g
  • bell pepper - 1/2 piece
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • pickled cucumbers - 6-7 pieces (depending on the size)
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
  • tomato sauce/ketchup - 3-4 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the sausage, hard cheese, pepper, tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes.

2. Add mayonnaise and ketchup and mix. You can add corn.

3. Cut the ciabatta in half and across.

4. Each ciabatta should make 4 servings.

5. Put them on a baking sheet and generously spread the filling on top of each piece.

6. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.

7. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
