Food blogger and cook Anastasiia Solopii shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious salty cheese pancakes with hard cheese, which would be a great option for a hearty breakfast.
Cheesecake recipe
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
Homemade cheese
- hard cheese – 70 g
- egg – 1 pc.
Eggs for the dough
- flour – 30-40 g
- greens – a bunch
Parsley for cheesecakes
- salt – a pinch
- oil – 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg and salt to the cottage cheese, and grind with a blender into a homogeneous mass.

2. Add the flour and knead the dough.

3. Wash and chop the greens, and add them to the dough.
4. Cut the cheese into large cubes.
