Homemade shortbread cookies

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Powdered sugar - 125 g
  • Vanilla
  • Baking powder - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Potato starch - 50 g
  • Butter - 50 ml
  • Flour - 500 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the egg with the powdered sugar.

2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix.

3. Roll out the dough and shape the cookies into any shape. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
