Refreshing cool tea that quenches your thirst: with berries and mint
Cool refreshing tea is a great way to quench thirst in the summer heat. You need to add ice, as well as delicious seasonal berries. The drink turns out very light and moderately sweet.
The idea for the cool, refreshing tea was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tati Chudnova(chudnova.food). You can choose between black or green tea.
Ingredients:
- tea
- ice
- berries
- lime/lemon
- peppermint
- lemon juice
- sugar syrup
Method of preparation:
1. Making tea.
2. Put ice, season berries, lemon, mint, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a glass.
3. Instead of sugar syrup, you can add sugar to the tea right away and stir.
How do you make sugar syrup?
1. Heat in a 1:1 ratio of sugar and water in a saucepan and stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Boil for another 2 minutes and turn off.
3. Let it cool completely.
