Quick puff pastry mini-pizza: easy to take with you for a snack

A solid large pizza is best for when a large group gathers around the table and eats the prepared delicacies right away. But if you want to take a snack with you to work or give it to your child at school, it's best to make a mini-pizza. It won't take up much space and is much easier to prepare than a traditional pizza.
An elementary idea for making mini-pizzas from ready-made puff pastry was published on the page of food blogger Iryna Dimitrova (iriska_dimitrova) on Instagram.
Recipe for mini-pizzas made from puff pastry

Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry
- ketchup / tomato sauce
- 150 g of mozzarella
- 150 g smoked chicken fillet/ham/sausage
- egg yolk + 1 tbsp. l. water for lubrication

1. Defrost the dough, roll it out, and roll it out to a thickness of about 5 millimeters if necessary.

2. Spread with ketchup, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle with finely chopped smoked chicken fillet (ham, sausage), and roll up.

3. Pinch the edges and cut into buns.
4. Put the buns on a baking sheet at a distance from each other, cover with a towel and let them rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and water.

5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put the buns in and bake at 180-190 degrees until cooked for 30 minutes.
