Quick meat and mushroom pie: recipe for a hearty dinner dish

Ingredients:

• eggs - 2 pcs.
• salt - 0.5 tsp
• sugar - a pinch
• milk - 200 ml
• oil - 2-3 tbsp.
• flour - 1 tbsp.
• soda - 0.5 tsp.
• vinegar - 1-2 tbsp.

For the filling:

• minced meat - 300 g
• mushrooms - 250 g
• onion - 1 pc.
• salt, pepper - to taste
• cheese - 150 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with salt. Add milk and oil and mix.

2. Add flour, baking soda, and vinegar. Mix.

3. Fry onion. Add  minced meat, mushrooms and fry everything together.

4. Put half of the dough into the mold, top with the filling, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Bake in the oven until done.
