Ingredients for gnocchi:
- 350 g boiled potatoes
- 170 g of flour
- egg + pinch of salt
Ingredients for meatballs:
- 120 g onion
- 50 g of minced meat (you can take any)
- dried garlic, salt, pepper, paprika
Ingredients for sauce:
- 400 g of milk
- 20 g of butter
- 1 tbsp of flour
- salt, paprika
- 25 g of oil for frying

1. For the meatballs, mix minced meat, chopped onion, dried garlic, salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Mix everything and form small meatballs with wet hands.

3. Fry them in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side and remove from the pan.
4. For gnocchi, mix boiled potatoes, salt, egg and flour. The flour turns out to be sticky, so you need to roll it into balls with wet hands. The gnocchi themselves should be the size of a walnut.

5. Put butter in the frying pan to melt.
6. Add flour and stir vigorously.
7. Pour in milk and stir.

8. Add salt and paprika (then the sauce will be darker, and if you want a creamier color, do not add it).
9. Add the meatballs and gnocchi, cover and simmer over low heat for up to 15 minutes.

10. Stir from time to time to prevent the products from sticking to the bottom. Sprinkle with herbs to serve.
