Pita bread pie with minced meat: easier than poured
Homemade pies can be made with a variety of fillings, from meat to vegetables and fruit. You can make the dough, or you can simply buy it ready-made or replace it with pita bread.

Ingredients:
- pita bread – 2 pcs.
- minced meat – 750 g
- onion – 3 pcs.
- dry garlic – 1 tsp.
- smoked paprika – 1 tsp.
- salt – 1 tsp.
- Provencal or Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
- black pepper – 1/2 or 1/3 tsp.
For the filling:
- cheese (mozzarella is better) – 200 g
- sour cream – 200 g
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- salt – 1 tsp. (without slide)
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1️. Add finely chopped onion, salt, and spices to the minced meat and mix everything.
2️. Take one pita bread and spread a thin layer of minced meat, then cover with another pita bread. Tightly roll it up. Cut the pita bread into portions, equal in thickness, and place in a baking dish with parchment.
3️. For the filling: add the eggs, spices, and grated cheese to the sour cream and mix. Spoon the filling onto the pita bread with a tablespoon.
4️. Bake at 180 C for 45-50 minutes. Put a layer of grated cheese 10 minutes before it is ready and put it back in the oven.
