- allspice - 1 pc.
- cloves - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1 tsp.

- black tea - 1 cup

1. For the marinade, combine water, salt, sugar, bay leaves, peppercorns, allspice, onion peel, tea.
2. Bring to a boil.

3. Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat.
