This dessert is a great alternative to multi-component cakes that require kneading dough and baking layers. Here, everything is much simpler. The cottage cheese base is prepared using just a blender and sets perfectly in the refrigerator. Oreo chocolate cookies perfectly complement the delicate mixture.
The idea of making a no-bake Oreo cheesecake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina Bakaleiko (linaarsenjuk).
