No-bake cake with cookies: what cream to make for the fastest dessert

Cakes without baking can be made from cookies as well as pita bread. The cream for such desserts can be made with sour cream, as well as custard and with condensed milk.

Culinarian Elena shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious no-bake cake, the base of which is cookies and a delicious custard.

Ingredients:

Cream:

• milk - 500 ml
• egg - 1 pc.
• sugar - 50 g
• flour - 30g
• starch - 30 g
• butter - 50 g
• vanilla sugar - a pinch

Base:

• milk - 20 ml
• cookies - 200 gr

Frosting:

• chocolate - 100 gr

Method of preparation:

1. For the cream: Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and flour and stir until smooth. Then pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on a medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to the thickening and turn off the fire, add a piece of butter and stir.

2. Base: soak each cookie in milk and place it in a mold.

3. Assemble the dessert: layer the cookies, cream and so on until the ingredients run out. Top with melted chocolate and put the dessert in the refrigerator.

Cut the finished dessert into portions!
