Ingredients:
- meat (turkey, chicken, pork) - 500-700 g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- broth or water
- oil for frying
- smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- ground coriander - 2 pinches
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into large pieces, onions and carrots cut into half rings, tomatoes - diced.

2. In a saucepan or frying pan, fry the meat in oil for 5-7 minutes. Then remove the meat and add the chopped onions and carrots. Then add tomatoes and spices and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Then add the flour and stir to thicken the sauce.

3. Put the fried meat in a saucepan, add salt, broth or water, bring to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes.

4. Add chopped parsley at the end.
It is worth noting that this dish is a perfect complement to mashed potatoes, boiled buckwheat or rice.
